Obtaining your confirmed fleet insurance Claims Experience from your current insurer can be tough. Many brokers will claim that they have not received it from the insurer. This is either bad practice or false information.
Your existing insurance broker cannot do a full market exercise without your Claims Experience. If your broker claims that they have not received it within a month of your renewal date, either they are not trying to negotiate the best possible price, or they are being dishonest.
Your confirmed fleet insurance Claims Experience belongs to you and under no circumstances should your broker refuse to release this to you.
