• New Feature for Existing Customers


    We have good news for our existing customers! We recently reviewed our website and have improved the user experience by introducing an Existing Customers area to our website.

    The new addition includes the following features:

    • Document Upload
    • Amend Your Policy
    • Report a Claim

    Our new Document Upload feature allows you to quickly and easily submit the documents required to help us assist you with your Motor Fleet insurance, whether this be your No Claims Bonus, Signed Proposal Form, or Direct Debit Mandate.

    The Amend Your Policy page provides information and contact details should you need to make any amendments to your Motor Fleet insurance policy.

    Report a Claim will redirect you to our Complete Response website, where you will find helpful information in the unfortunate event of a motor claim.

    Just look for the Existing Customers button in our main menu to make the most of this new feature.
